I understand it’s very busy with it being valentines , however I had 2 separate employees snap at me. The directions for waiting and entering the store were very unclear.

I started visiting this location more frequently around the holiday's. I've found the staff are friendly and pleasant everytime I visit. They have things under control regarding COVID protocols and the lineup always seems to be orderly. The prices are a bit on the high side, but I find its absolutely worth it. I keep returning for their Himalayan Pink Salt Caramels.

Wife's mad at you? No worries. Put a blindfold on, pick literally anything. It's all amazing. Promptly eat it all, specially the hedgehogs. Then buy double that amount for your wife. Then another box of hedgehogs for yourself. Get the hedgehogs.

Very poor quality. Tastes like plastic and sugar. Nice aesthetics but that’s meaningless when your chocolate and ingredients are cheap.

I just received a box of delicious chocolates for my birthday!!!!!♡ my father bought me a box, and this wicked lemon cream chocolate is my first pick!♡ so delicious and refreshing!!

Great service, but I must say that their ice creams are far from desirable and no where close to gourmet.The strawberry flavour was so horribly artificially flavoured!

Tasted their almond pistachio and mango ice cream scoops. I was disappointed in the taste and yes, i feel it is 1-2$ overpriced.

I was sad - First Purdy's stopped making my Nougatine's and now they are not going to make Snowball's - Not many chocolates that I like but those were the two I received from people on special occasions - staff med the box special just with them. - Sad Sad

Nice store. Been in Willowbrook forever. The staff are often helpful, but not always. Some of the long-time employees don't seem to happy working there anymore and can give a bit of attitude. The prices can also be a bit high. In general, I'd recommend this place for decadent chocolates. Just prepare to open your wallet.
